Shipping Policy

All our orders can be shipped within the UAE. Upon shipment of your order, an email with shipment details will be sent to you via email.

Depending on the products, shipping times may vary. Estimated shipping time is mentioned on each product page. If you have any questions regarding the shipping time of your order, please contact A SHOP via email at or via phone at +971 50 774 84 98.

Please note that delays in shipping times may be caused by local holidays, sales period, force majeure events, lock downs and weekends or any other events out of A SHOP’s control, but we will try our best to keep you informed of your order delivery progress.

Return Policy

Eligible for Return Products
A SHOP wants your shopping experience to be a great one. In the circumstance where you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of our products, you may return the products within 5 days of receipt. Please note that some eligible for return items are subject to a restocking fee and all shipping charges are non-refundable. To submit a request for a return, please contact A SHOP via email at Any unauthorized return will not be accepted and refunded.

The returned products must be unused, unassembled and in original packaging. All the original packing materials and boxes must also be maintained for the return. A SHOP reserves the right to refuse the return of any Items that do not meet the above return requirements. For the returned shipment, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and ensuring that the returned products are safely packed. A SHOP takes no responsibility for lost and damaged goods. Upon receipt of the products and the products meet all the return requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Eligible for Return Products
Made-to-order, customized and pre-ordered products are not eligible for return and refund.

Damaged & Faulty Returns
If the products arrived in error or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform A SHOP via email within 24 hours of receipt. To submit a request for damaged & faulty return, pictures of the wrong items, damaged products and packaging must be provided. The returned products must meet all the return requirements mentioned above. Any unauthorized return will not be accepted and refunded. Currently, we do not offer any exchanges. You are invited to return your eligible-for-return product and then place a new order for the product you wish to purchase, subject to stock availability.
