Easy Clean:

After use, you can clean the cast iron base by wiping it down with a damp cloth.

The base may not be immersed in water or any other liquid and is not dishwasher safe.

The baking dish and lid may be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.

For easier cleaning, leave the baking dish to soak in cold hour for an hour.

Never clean with a hard bristle brush.
