Katachi Vase Medio High Glaze Birch

Katachi, the Japanese word for “shape,” emphasizes the interaction between surface, light, and shadows. The uneven surface creates a cascade of small shadows, highlighting the organic form and silhouette.

Featuring a high-gloss ceramic glaze, the vases reflect their surroundings with a fluid, mirror-like quality, further enhancing the interplay of light and texture. The glossy finish contrasts beautifully with the raw and irregular forms, making each piece feel both refined and sculptural.

The Katachi vases are designed to be displayed alone or grouped in the different sizes to create a serene, architectural arrangement. Whether filled with branches, floral arrangments or left empty, they bring a quiet sense of poetry and presence to any space.
