Traditionally used in Asian cuisine, the wok has a large surface area and deep, curved sides, making it ideal for stir-frying vegetables and meat. Its distinctive shape ensures fast and even heat distribution and helps keep food in place during vigorous stirring. The body of the wok is made from 90% recycled post-consumer stainless steel. Inside, the wok is coated with a ceramic Slip-Let® coating that effectively prevents food from sticking or burning, making both cooking and cleaning easier. The wok can withstand temperatures up to 400°C, is scratch-resistant and works on all heat sources. It is also dishwasher safe.
